Hey all! This has been a crazy week full of uncertainty and it seems that as soon as I get some information to share with you it changes and I have to switch it up on you. Here is the plan for now:
Rather than flood the school to get our supplies tomorrow, I’d like to meet in a conference call with you all. If you were planning to come get your things tomorrow, please plan on getting them next week instead. This way we can keep the numbers of students at the school low and practice good social distancing. If you already have your supplies at home, that makes it easier. I have put together a schedule for you so you can come get your things in a 30 min window and avoid crowding. (See link below)
I’m going to hold 2 meetings tomorrow on zoom. One at 10am and the other at 2pm. Please attend whichever one you can (you don’t need to attend both). I will be answering questions and giving you the very tentative plan for the rest of the semester.
If you have not installed zoom on your phone or laptop you will be prompted to do so before you can join the meeting. It’s one of the ways we are going to keep in touch this semester, so go ahead and install it however is convenient for you. Here is a link that may make it easier:
You can also just call in from your phone as well at any of the given numbers. (though this will be more inconvenient as you won’t be able to see my screen or the visual info I share.)

Here is what I need from you:
- Please respond to the email I sent asking if you need black paper and white pencil. I bought a bunch from Allard’s right before they closed and can get them to you next week.
- Please attend one of the zoom meetings tomorrow so I can get a sense of where the class stands right now and get you some more information (as well as get you used to those meetings as we will do a few more of them as the semester progresses)
