Stretching exercises – A short series of stretches to help limber up your hand/wrist,

Reilly Abstraction – Breakdown of facial abstractions for constructive drawing.

Croquis Cafe – Youtube videos of live models holding gesture poses for 1 min, 2 min, and 5 min. (20 min worth of gesture practice per video)

Quick Poses – A great resource for timed gesture drawings. Customizable time and image settings. This site draws on a large database of images to allow you to practice general or specific poses.

Line of Action – Same as Quick Poses with more/different control options.

Kineman – Movable 3D skeleton. This site is a bit clunky, but gives you a fully posable 3D skeleton that can only move across an anatomically correct range of motion for each joint. Great for seeing what joints are responsible for what movements.

Anatomy360 – Big site with 3D scans of various model types. Lots of pay stuff, but some free stuff as well. Good reference for muscle and bone anatomy.

Essential Skeleton Free (free app) – 3D skeleton. has a nice interface and allows you to look at any bone from any angle.
